We have a great opportunity to assist our government and our fellow citizens at the same time.
Most foreclosures can be purchased at a fraction of their original cost, fixed up and then resold.
Who says we have to sell them at a profit though. I have a formula on my website that I use to let me know how much profit I can make on a home BEFORE I buy it. Anyone can use this formula.
Once you figure out the profit, just subtract it and this gives you the price to sell the home at cost and recoup your repair cost. Then sell it to a deserving family who would not necessarily be able to afford that type of home.
