How about the SIMPLE fact and truth is the false, massive, synthetically INFLATED home prices- not only n CA. But the entire nation. Exactly where have you been the last 7 years?
Of course there are MORE foreclosures…because the CA market was one of the most over-inflated markets in the country. All of these properties nation-wide were inflated over and baove their real intrinsic value.
